  Recommendation for Dustin Poore

We were very fortunate to have Dustin Poore, as site supervisor for the construction of our home in Naples, FL in 2013-2014. During that time he was engaged full time overseeing the day-to-day activities of various vendors and subcontractors, ensuring the timely delivery of parts and materials, coordinating with our architect and the home office, and documenting progress and problems. He was diligent and personable throughout this complex and often aggravating process. Of particular importance was that he established a close working relationship with our out-of-state architect to validate construction drawings and keep the project on track. In effect, he served as both foreman and project manager and was an effective advocate of our interests. We enjoyed working with Dustin and feel that he was a prime contributor to the successful completion of our house within schedule and budget. 

 The First Presbyterian Church of Naples has worked with REP Construction Company Inc. on our renovations in 2017 and another in 2018 and can say REP is a very professional and capable construction company. 

REP’s costs, estimates and project management were of the highest quality. The crews were well supervised, professional and responsive to our needs.

The first project in 2017 consisted of renovating our large fellowship hall and walkway. They removed old fluorescent lights and replaced with new LED cans and new ceiling tiles. Our kitchen replaced with new lights and walls repainted. 2nd floor Administration area cubicles removed and added 2 new offices and built three new closets of which two were fire rated.

The second project in 2018 was a complete demo and remodel of the ladies sanctuary restroom. 

They removed the ceiling and fluorescent lighting and replaced with LED recessed cans, installed ADA restroom, vanities, stalls, fixtures, mirrors, flooring and baby station.

Both projects were managed well and completed within budget.

  When we bought a new condo in Naples, we entered into a contract with REP Construction for its renovation, including new flooring, new kitchen, three new bathrooms, painting and various other upgrades. We then gave REP the keys and left to spend the summer up north. Upon our return six months later, we were overwhelmingly pleased with the job they had done. It was exactly as we had specified, the workmanship was excellent, and the project had been completed on budget and on schedule. 

During our absence, REP kept us regularly informed of their progress. If they weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, or if they felt a change was necessary or advisable, they always contacted us before proceeding. They were careful not to disturb our neighbors and to comply with all neighborhood and governmental requirements; as a result, we never received any complaints. Owners Eugene and Dustin Poore were easy to work with, as was their entire team.

We heartily recommend REP Construction to anyone contemplating new construction or a renovation project. We could not have been happier with our experience.

Dustin and myself worked on a large hotel renovation of an existing building. The renovation was extremely fast and complicated. Our hotel had many unforeseen conditions but working with Dustin was amazing. 

He was fast and efficient providing solutions to a problem without sacrificing the design.

Dustin is the best contractor and friend. He will call you personally with questions, and facetime during multiple phases of a project. I would recommend Dustin for any job commercial or high end residential. He knows what he is doing providing excellent service on the job.
